Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

Your order’s status determines its estimated delivery time. You will find one of the following statuses on each product page, and your order confirmation email will also provide the expected shipping timeframe.

  • Ships Next Business Day: Your order will ship from our warehouse within one business day.
  • In Stock & Ready to Ship: Your order will ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days.
  • Pre-Order or ETA Listed: For specialized items, we may list an estimated arrival date (ETA). This indicates when the product is expected to leave our warehouse. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.

International Shipping

We can ship many of our products internationally. If you are outside the United States, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Please note: the customer is solely responsible for all import/export duties, customs fees, and taxes. Maxillofacial Recovery is not responsible for these additional charges. Some products are restricted to US shipment only. Please email support@maxillofacialrecovery.com to confirm availability for your location.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

We are happy to ship to HI, AK, and PR. Standard shipping rates apply for most smaller items. However, larger or specialized medical equipment may require an additional shipping surcharge. To avoid unexpected fees, please email us before ordering to confirm the shipping cost for your specific items and address.

Yes. Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, ensuring your investment is protected.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days on most items. Please review our full Return Policy before initiating a return. You can begin the process on our Returns Page.

Can't Find a Product?

We have access to a wide network of medical and rehabilitation suppliers. If there is a specific recovery product you need that you don't see on our site, there's a good chance we can source it for you. Contact us by email at support@maxillofacialrecovery.com.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Cancellations received before your order enters the processing stage will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipping will be subject to our standard 30-day return policy and associated shipping costs.

Payment Method Error? If you need to use a different payment method, we simply ask that you place a new order first. We will then cancel and refund the original order.

Non-Returnable & Custom Items: Due to their custom-built or hygienic nature, sales on the following products are final: Maxillofacial Mask and other select medical-grade equipment. Cancellations for custom orders may be subject to a fee. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

What if My Product Arrives Damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your delivery upon arrival. If you see any visible damage, note it with the delivery driver. If you discover damage after unboxing, please visit our Returns Page within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and begin the damaged product process.

What to Expect After Placing Your Order

Immediately after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from support@maxillofacialrecovery.com. Please keep this for your records. Our team will then begin processing your order for shipment. For the most accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the shipping notes on the individual product pages.
